Alloy

Created by bartender Darren. His inspiration was to complement the flavours and the ambiance of Alloy, a drink that tastes, looks and feels as if you were to emerge your self in the spirit of Alloy. 

Recipe

1 oz ginger peach tea
1 oz blood orange purée
1 oz Dindarello Moscato
1 oz Reposado Tequila

Garnished with pomegranate salt and Galliano flavoured egg white float.
