Having extensive experience in the multi-family residential sector, principals Tony Casola and Hans Koppe have also successfully completed numerous commercial, retail, industrial and institutional projects over the past 17 years. Casola Koppe has leveraged the experience of its team to become leaders in the design of sustainable mixed use, residential, seniors, retail, commercial and institutional developments.

The office boasts the latest in modelling, presentation, project cost tracking, and accounting software, with the proven ability to utilize these tools to deliver projects as efficiently and effectively as possible. Use of online systems for information transfer and project coordination allow us to engage in projects regardless of their geographic location. We are proud to be one of the first companies in Western Canada that is proficiently using Autodesk?s Revit. Revit is a true ?architecture specific? software program that allows architects and designers to ?build? the project in 3D virtual space and then enables production of the plans, elevations, sections and details as literal snap shots of the central model. We have been using this technology since 2007 and have recognized the value in this program as the new benchmark in project design and contract document production.

    When dealing with project approvals, Casola Koppe prides itself on being highly effective in working with planning and building departments and communities as team members rather than adversaries. At the same time, Casola Koppe strives to maintain control of the process to ensure that the overall project goal and schedule is not compromised.
