Created by Nathan Bueckert. This cocktail was inspired by his travels through Tel Aviv, Israel and features bright flavours of citrus and honey.

Recipe

.75 oz Reposado Tequila
.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Lemon juice,
.75 oz Saline

Mix together. Garnish with an umbrella.
