At Cardinale, bartenders focus on using Italian spirits in every cocktail. They created Pinky Boots, a Prosecco and Grapefruit Sour for the event!
Recipe
3/4oz Panarea Sunset (grapefruit) Gin
3/4oz Aperol
2 1/2 oz Prosecco
1 oz Lemon
1/2 oz Grapefruit Syrup
5 dash Grapefruit Bitters
1 egg white
Combine all ingredients, except Prosecco, in shaker tins. Dry shake. Wet shake. Strain over Prosecco in large coupe glass and garnish with Peychaud's Bitter hearts.
