The cocktail was created by Diego Hazan, Bar Manager, Hy's Steakhouse.

Diego wanted to create something colourful, with flavours that blend together beautifully.

Recipe

1 oz Citron Ketel One Vodka
.75oz Giffard Ginger Liquor
.5oz Grand Marnier
.25oz Blue Curacao
Cranberry Juice 
Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 
Honey
Fresh raspberries
Rhubarb bitters

Garnish with pineapple, strawberry, blueberries and mint.
